Bayside Media Support is our top of the range support package for your business. Our support contracts vary from Basic Hourly package to Platinum package, which offers unlimited 24 X 7 by telephone, email and/or remote support. We provide complete monitoring, alerting and monthly reporting all done remotely to minimize the disruption to your business. By committing to Bayside Media, you are treated as a top priority customer.
The aim of the support package is to minimize the disruption caused to your business by IT problems. This includes minimizing system downtime, arranging upgrades to take place out of hours and alerting you to potential issues before they cause problems. In a nutshell, all aspects of your IT are managed by independently certified professionals that are qualified to do so.
We provide:-
- Agreed fixed monthly charge.
- 24 x 7 monitoring of your system which covers all essential IT functions. (Full breakdown is available on request.)
- Site survey including an inventory of equipment and network diagram.
- Telephone, email and remote support.
- Mutually agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Support calls will be logged and tracked via our on-line ticket system.
- All support calls are handled by a qualified and competent technician.
- System health check reports with any recommendations.
- As much as possible, all work to be conducted remotely to minimize disruption.
- Advance warning of Virus / Security threats and invocation of counter measures.
- Liaison with vendors and suppliers to increase understanding between parties.
- All work outside of the support agreement, e.g. project work, hardware upgrades etc, to be charged at a special discounted rate.
- Priority over non-contracted customers.
